Our 34-hour comprehensive Bartending Program can be completed in one or two weeks.  You will learn the Art of Mixology in a real bar setting with State of the Art Bar Equipment and Tools.  This includes learning more than 200 recipes, building speed and efficiency behind the bar, pour accuracy, liquor and beer knowledge, and more.

Our school is over 1600 square feet and is equipped with a fully functional 26-foot bar, a real draft beer system, a Point of Sale Terminal, and over 200 liquor bottles.  We offer training on 6 button soda guns with store and pours, 12 button, juice/soda guns, six bar stations with fully equipped Jockey Boxes, 14 different types of Glassware, and a 600lb Ice Machine.

When you walk into our Bartending School in Fort Worth, you feel like you are in a real bar.  With the disco lights, music, and track lighting, we are able to simulate the real bar atmosphere.  So whether you will be Bartending in a Club, Pub, Restaurant, Hotel, Country Club, or Sports Bar, you will be ready for the distractions and chaos that you will face because your training will be in the same setting.

The Premium institute of Bartending, Fort Worth is the proud designers of the Exclusive Externship Program.  Although the training in the school is very authentic, it can never replace the real thing.  So we require each student to complete a minimum of a two-hour externship in a real bar before you graduate.  Our externship coordinator will work with you on placing you in an environment that suits your personality.  You will then Bartend with the head Bartender and make real drinks for real customers.  We find the Externship is critical for the confidence of our Graduates and allows for us to add some Bartending experience to the resume that our Job Placement Director creates for you.  We also see a lot of our Externship Partners hiring our students directly from the Externship.

Once you complete the Bartending Program, we offer you lifetime Nationwide Job Placement Assistance.  We will work with you one on one in order for you to become employed as a Bartender.  With 1000’s of graduates in the DFW area, we also have an online Graduate Website.  You will have full access to all job leads (updated weekly), Event information, Drink recipes, and more.  This is a great tool for you as you continue to advance your career in Bartending.  And don’t worry because if you ever take a break from Bartending and get rusty, you can always come back to the School and refresh and/or retrain for FREE.
